3.Shipping Holidays
Shipping facility and carriers are not operating on the following holidays. lf your order was placed on or around these holidays, please add an additional 1-3 business days for your order to be processed.

New Year's Day/Easter Sunday/Memorial Day/Independence Day/LaborDay/Thanksgiving Day/Christmas Day/New Year's Day

4.Customs fees
Due to different countries' customs clearance policies, individual countries and regions may incur customs duties, which are not under VGPLAY's control and need to be dealt with bt the customer. Please do not refuse or abandon collection of such parcels as they will not be refunded and will be destroyed by customs.

5.Additional terms
If our carrier could not delivery your parcel because of your issue, we will charge you for the actual costs of re-delivery for below situations:
- you provided the wrong address for delivery; there is a mistake in the address for delivery that was provided;
- the address for delivery is not reasonably accessible
- the address for delivery cannot safely be accessed
