 Refund & Replacement Policies
If you received an item that is damaged or faulty we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving your order.
Should you receive an item that is in the wrong color or size than the one you originally order, please email us a picture of the item(s) showing the size tag and its original packaging within 48 hours upon receipt of the order get a replacement.
We can offer you replacements at no additional cost if it falls under the below criteria:
· Items are faulty – damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival.
· We sent the wrong item – size, style, color.
· Parcels that are lost in transit.
· Measurements are provided on each product’s description. We do not bear responsibility due to NON-RECEIPT or REFUSAL because the item that does not fit you.
Note: Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in mail or other mishaps from happening.
The VGplay will not be held liable to any misrouted parcels.
 

How to return goods?
We have two return options.
--If the item you purchased is not suitable for you for some reason, you need to contact us at Vgplay88@gmail.com to explain the situation. You can then choose to donate the item and send the donation receipt to Vgplay88@gmail.com, and we will refund the full amount.

---14-Day Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with a product purchased from vgplayshop.com, you can apply for a return and refund within 14 days of receiving the item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags intact. The return package must be sent within 7 days of submitting the return application and the logistics tracking number must be provided to customer service. If it exceeds the deadline, your return application will be automatically cancelled.

---Specific Conditions for Return: Kindly check your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us and consult with photo, so that we can evaluate the issue and give you the best solution as soon as possible.

---If the return request is not due to a product quality issue, the customer will bear the return shipping fees to the warehouse.

NOTE:
---Please note that the following situations are not considered quality issues:
1.Loose threads, burrs, thickness, feel, and/or differences in color from the display;
2.Being unsatisfied with the style and/or color, and changes in personal taste and preferences;
3.Damage caused by improper use, washing, maintenance, self-repair, modification or other human factors;
4.Returns due to sizing issues.


RETURN ADDRESS (PLEASE NOTE):
---Any address on the package is not accepted as the return address. Packages returned to an unauthorized return address will not be refunded. If you need a refund or return, please contact our customer service team (Vgplay88@gmail.com) for the correct return address before sending your return package.

If the return is due to quality issues, we will bear the shipping costs of the return.

RETURN PACKAGE TRACKING:

---After sending out the return package, please email us with a photo of the package. Once received and processed, we will contact you. Ensure you send us a traceable tracking number so it can safely and timely reach our hands.


 
Cancellation Policy
Can I cancel my order(s)? Yes. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement. Send us an email within 24 hours and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order.
We do not accept cancellation of orders outside the 24 hours window and/or because of the Standard Shipping reason. Please note that our Standard Shipping is posted in each product’s description hence all customers should be aware of this before concluding an order.
All refunds will be processed within 24-48 hours before the fund reflects on the customer’s bank account.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Send us an email stating your concern and attach a picture of the item(s) showing the size tag and its original packaging within 48 hours upon receipt of the order get a replacement or refund.
Note: Our team will inspect/verify the photo(s) before we issue out a replacement or refund. The VGplay reserves the right to refuse any replacement and refund if it does not meet the above criteria.
 
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again and contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of these and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us (Vgplay88@gmail.com).
 
Please be aware that your order may be liable for charges or fees as a result of customs laws relevant to the delivery country. We recommend that the customer views and makes themselves aware of any country-specific customs fees by visiting their country customs agency website, where guidelines relating to such fees will be outlined. It is the responsibility of the customer to be familiar with such fees that may be applicable. Please note that we have no control over what fees are liable to be charged. we cannot undervalue orders, or mark them as a gift.
The customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes, or fails to pay the customs charge within the period outlined that results in the order being returned to sender. Please be aware that we will only be able to issue you with a partial refund in these circumstances, once any of the above charges and costs have been factored into the return amount.
The customer could also liable for the same charges outlined previously if the parcel is returned to sender because of incorrect or missing delivery address information. Whilst we make every effort to validate address details at the point of dispatch, it is ultimately the responsibility of the customer to input the correct shipping details initially during the checkout process.
